Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully as we do not accept change of mind returns or issue change of mind refunds.

If your purchase proves to be unsuitable we are however happy to offer an Exchange or Store Credit within 14 Days of your order arriving excluding :)

  • Sale Items : Please choose carefully as we don’t exchange or accept change of mind returns on sale & discontinued items.
  • Pre-Orders : Please choose carefully. We do not usually accept change of mind returns or cancellations on pre-orders. A $35.00 re stocking & administration fee will be applied to any cancelled pre-order deposit.
  • International Orders : Please choose carefully. We do not accept change of mind returns on International Orders.
Return / Exchanges Terms and Conditions
  • A return authorization number is required for all returns & exchanges. Please use the "Contact Us Link" for your return authorization code before posting.
  • Delivery charges are non refundable.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges.
  • No responsibility will be taken for returns not received and it is therefore important that you keep the tracking number for your return parcel. Once your return has been received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item. Upon approval your exchange will be processed, and we will issue you with an invoice for any monetary difference plus postage for your exchanged item.
  • Goods must be returned in saleable condition, with all tags etc and must be the actual bear we sent you as per our photos.
  • Buyer pays return postage costs for change of mind exchanges and additional postage charges will be applied for the new dispatch if exchanging.
  • International Postage : Please Note : We do not accept change of mind returns for International purchases.

    Damaged / Faulty Items

    We are very particular about the products we range however should you receive goods in a damaged or defective state, please use the Contact Us link within 7 days of receipt of goods at delivery address so we can resolve the issue for you. Details including your invoice number, description of the fault and photo where possible will assist us in finding a timely solution. We will replace or refund items deemed to be faulty at no charge once the goods have been returned to us at our expense.
