Shipping & Delivery

Postage is only $13.95 Australia Wide for as many bears as you like per parcel !

Please Note : If placing more than one pre-order postage will be applied to each dispatch as your pre-orders become available. We are happy to combine postage when bears are in stock and able to be posted together.

International postage is calculated on Weight & Destination.

Shipping includes tracking and orders will typically be dispatched from our Melbourne based Warehouse within 48 hours. Parcels will be delivered by Australia Post Monday to Friday during business hours. 

If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery your parcel will be taken to the local Post Office for collection at your convenience.  Parcels will not be left unattended for security and peace of mind. 

Parcels will typically be in transit for:

  • 1 to 3 Business Days ( Vic )
  • 3 to 5 Business Days ( NSW )
  • 4 to 6 Business Days ( TAS , SA )
  • 5 to 9 Business Days ( QLD , WA , NT )

    Please note these are estimates and allow up to 9 business days from dispatch for delivery to be made. Parcels can be tracked by entering your tracking number into Australia Posts Online tracking system.

    Express Post can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote including your items of interest and post code if you require express post shipping.

    We operate Online only and Orders are not available for local pickup. 

    International Postage is currently only available to New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, United States, Singapore, United Kingdom, Italy, France & Germany. Parcels will be sent via Pack & Track or Express Post Courier International. Delivery usually occurs within 6 to 14 Business days and your parcel is trackable Online, anytime. Local Customs & Import duties may apply. We have no control over this and unfortunately cannot predict or be responsible for what these additional charges might be.

    Stock Availability

    We aim to keep all our products in stock to avoid postage delays. If due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to dispatch your order in the usual time frame, you will be notified with the expected dispatch date and given the option to exchange or refund if you are unable to wait.
