Shipping & Delivery

Customers can enjoy the convenience of a flat rate shipping fee of only $14.95 for deliveries across Australia. ( excluding large standing bears and extra large sit-in bears / bulky parcels )


Charlie Bears Large Standing or Extra Large Sitting Bears fall outside of our standard shipping rates and postage for these characters will be approximately $39.95 to VIC, NSW, $59.95 to QLD, TAS & SA, $89.95 To WA & $119.95 to NT.

Shipping includes tracking and signature on delivery and orders will typically be dispatched from our Melbourne based Warehouse within 2 business days. Parcels will be delivered by Australia Post Monday to Friday during business hours. 

If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery your parcel will be taken to the local Post Office for collection at your convenience.  Parcels will not be left unattended for security and peace of mind unless the customer specifies Authority to Leave.

Please Note : We can not take any responsibility for parcels not received if the delivery details provided were incorrect or authority to leave was requested / given.

Parcels will typically be in transit for: ( extended by up to 7 days during Covid restrictions ) 

  • 1 to 3 Business Days ( Vic )
  • 3 to 5 Business Days ( NSW )
  • 4 to 6 Business Days ( TAS , SA )
  • 5 to 9 Business Days ( QLD , WA , NT )

    Please note these are estimates and allow up to 9 business days from dispatch for delivery to be made. Parcels can be tracked by entering your tracking number into Australia Posts Online tracking system.

    Express Post can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote including your items of interest and post code if you require express post shipping.

    Please Note : If placing more than one pre-order postage will be applied to each dispatch as your pre-orders become available. We are happy to combine postage when bears are in stock and can be posted together.

    We operate Online only and Orders are not available for local pickup. 

    International Orders & Postage. Local currencies have been enabled on our website so International customers can browse and checkout in their local currency.

    International postage is calculated on Weight & Destination 

    Local Customs, Import duties & tariffs may apply in addition to shipping costs and these vary from one country to another !!! We only take responsibility for shipping the product and the customer will be required to pay any local import costs such as VAT, Duties, Clearing fees & Tariffs as per in country policy. ( which we have No control over )

    International customers ( the receiver ) are responsible for any and all local customs & import duties applied. Failure to pay customs duties may result in the parcel being destroyed or returned to sender at the purchasers expense.

    26 / 8 / 25. USA Postal Services Update :effective immediately Australia Post is temporarily suspending the Postal Service to the USA.

    This decision has been made to ensure compliance with the new US customs and border protection (CBP ) requirements. Specifically, the requirement for taxes and duties to be prepaid on all shipments prior to their arrival in the US & the suspension of the de minimis USD $800 threshold exemption.

    Australia Post is partnering with Zonos a third party provider, to offer a solution that, once launched will allow services to the USA to resume.

     

    This decision has been made to ensure compliance with the new US customs and border protection (CBP ) requirements.     We are currently only shipping to New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, United States, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, South Korea & the United Kingdom.

    Parcels will be sent via Pack & Track or Express Post Courier International. Delivery usually occurs within 9 to 20 business days and your parcel is trackable Online, anytime.  ( Note : Transit times are currently much longer due to the Covid pandemic ) 

     

    International customers are responsible for monitoring their parcels online tracking and notifying us in a timely fashion should any issues arise. Failure to collect a parcel that is "awaiting collection" or failure to pay any local import duties applied may result in the parcel being returned to sender at considerable cost and under these circumstances postage costs ( including the initial postage costs & return to sender postage costs incurred ) will not be refunded and the cost of goods will only be refunded once the goods are returned back to us in Australia minus all postage costs incurred.

    Please contact us if you wish to take out international postal insurance : We can not accept any responsibility for the parcel once it leaves our hands.

    Cancelation Policy : Orders are final once placed and we are unable to make any changes to an exisiting order. Should you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched please note financial institution fees which were incurred on the original purchase are non refundable.
