An icon of psychedelic pop culture, The Beatles’ 1968 “Yellow Submarine” film is a colourful musical spectacle and an exhilaratingly joyful cinematic experience for all ages. Inspired by the now infamous song “Yellow Submarine” from the band’s 1966 “Revolver” album, the animated film is filled with visual invention, optical illusions, word play, and of course glorious music.
Its overarching message of the triumph of good over evil continues to resonate across generations to this day and the Yellow Submarine itself is now honoured on the legendary Steiff Rocks! stage.
